Abandoned Cart Reminder Emails
Recover lost sales automatically! Send timed cart reminders with discount offers to customers who abandon checkout. Boost conversions.
📋 How to Build This Workflow
Add New Order Trigger
Click “+ Trigger” and select “New Order Created” from WooCommerce Events. This triggers whenever a customer creates an order but doesn’t complete payment.
Add First Delay
Add a “Delay” logic block to wait 1 hour before sending the first reminder. This gives customers time to complete their purchase naturally.
Add Branch – Check Order Status
Add a “Branch” logic block to verify the order is still pending payment. If the customer already paid, the workflow stops here.
Send First Reminder Email (THEN Path)
In the “THEN” branch, add “Send Email” action to remind the customer about their abandoned cart with a friendly message.
We noticed you didn’t finish your order. Your cart is waiting for you:

Add Second Delay
Add another “Delay” logic block to wait 24 hours before sending the discount offer. This gives the customer more time while building urgency.
Add Second Branch – Check Status Again
Add another “Branch” to verify the order is still pending before sending the discount. No point offering a discount if they already purchased!
Send Discount Offer Email (THEN Path)
In the “THEN” branch, send a second email with a special discount code to incentivize the purchase. This is your final push to recover the sale.
Your cart is still here, and honestly – we really think you’ll love these items.
So here’s a little nudge: 20% OFF just for you.
