AIWU was originally envisioned as a solution to one of the biggest gaps in the WordPress market: the absence of a simple, intuitive, and truly powerful way to automate routine business processes using AI. What began as an internal tool to speed up development and marketing workflows quickly evolved into a full-fledged platform.
Today, AIWU is a complete AI Automation Studio for WordPress, equipped with a visual drag-and-drop Workflow Builder and hundreds of integrations, including OpenAI, Claude, WooCommerce, Google, and many others. Users can launch ready-made workflows or build their own multimodal automation scenarios, while the flexible architecture allows them to automate any repetitive task without writing a single line of code.

The plugin reached the #1 position in the WordPress marketplace and became a de-facto standard for WooCommerce-powered stores. It was later successfully acquired by a strategic buyer as a mature and commercially proven product.
- Maksym Oliinyk is a marketing professional with a Master’s degree and over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for a major WordPress plugin. He currently serves as Marketing Lead at SGS Digicomply — an AI-powered enterprise platform for regulatory compliance and food safety, trusted by global companies such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Danone, PepsiCo, Heineken, and others.
