Content Crosslinking

With the Content Crosslinking feature, you can easily insert links between articles, connecting them to one another. This option can be used both to link to a new article and to improve SEO performance by creating a more interconnected content structure. It enhances user navigation and boosts the visibility of related content.

Accessing the Feature

1. Navigate to the Dashboard: Log into your WordPress admin panel.
2. Go to the Plugin Section: Find and click on the ‘WP Copilot’ plugin.
3. Enter the Workspace: Here, you’ll see the option to ‘Smart Content Crosslinking’.

Setting Up Cross Link Generation

First, define your crosslink scenario name so you can use it later. Next, setup it.

1. Publishing Status – how the crosslinking changes will be processed
   • Generate draft and send for Approval – New paragraphs with links will be saved as drafts for manual review before publishing
   •  Publish changes immediately – Automatically adds the generated paragraphs with links and publishes them directly to your site without further approval
2. Select CrossLink mode
   • One link per article
   • All links to each article (max 5) – allow to add several links to the target content
     If you want to add the same link to multiple posts, use this option.
3. Target Articles – choose content to add the links

In the table Add the Link to Insert to the article, keyword and Paragraph placement

Additional Promt – configure the AI with a prompt to add a block with specific characteristics
